The hotel offers a cozy and clean room with fast WiFi. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The location is convenient, with several nearby bus stops that provide access to popular ski resorts. It is also close to Echoland, where you can find a variety of restaurants. The pick-up and drop-off services for the bus terminal and train station are a nice touch.

Felt lucky, nothing to complain about.

We had an amazing stay at Eternal Flame Bed & Breakfast. The family who runs the place was incredibly friendly and made sure our ski trip was perfect. They even picked us up from the bus and provided a delicious breakfast every morning. The private onsen was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The location was convenient with a shuttle bus stop right outside and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Despite the thin walls in the room, we had a comfortable and peaceful sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay here! The private Onsen was so relaxing after a day of skiing and the breakfast was delicious and different every day. The staff went out of their way to help us with maps and calling places. The common rooms were inviting and great for relaxing or playing games. The hotel made everything easy from pick up to drop off.

    Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast was different and delicious every day, something that made my taste buds happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving me information about the area and even arranging discounts on lift passes and snow gear rental. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus terminal.

There was nothing specifically bad about my stay, everything was clean and cozy. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the fact that the accommodation was a little bit more expensive compared to other options in the area, but given the quality of service and facilities, I believe it was worth it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a cool street just a short stroll away. The staff at Eternal Flame were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped with restaurant suggestions, booked reservations for us, and even arranged our lift tickets. The private onsen was a much-needed treat after a day of skiing. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, both for dinner and the fabulous breakfasts served each morning. The portions were generous and kept us fueled for a morning on the slopes. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back.

The breakfast offerings could have had a bit more variety.

This hotel offers a warm and cosy atmosphere with hospitable staff, local knowledge, and excellent breakfast options. The shared spaces provide ample room to unwind and relax with other travellers. The hotel is situated within easy reach of shuttle bus stops, food and drinking places. The private ensuite rooms and larger share baths provide a comfortable stay. massage chairs, chess set and cards, and DVD library make for a relaxing stay.

Mattresses may be on the firm side.

Skiing, hiking, and plenty of activities to keep me busy. And let's not forget the free shuttle service, it's not like I wanted to walk. Special requests for allergies? How thoughtful! Such convenience, how could I resist?

Who needs rest when there's so much to do?

The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great for skiing. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was really nice that they offered a drying room for ski gear. a decent place to stay.

The room was too small for four people. We felt cramped and uncomfortable.
